Watertown High advances in MIAA football playoffs

Deon Smith ran for three touchdowns as Watertown High beat Austin Prep, 34-18, on Friday night, Oct. 28, 2016.

With the win, the top-seeded Raiders (7-1) advanced in the MIAA Division 3 North playoffs. Watertown will stay at Victory Field and host Newburyport on Friday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m.

Newburyport (3-4), the No. 4 seed, advanced with a 21-17 win over Pentucket.
