Auditions for Watertown High School’s fall play, “Peter and the Starcatcher,” will be held after school Monday, Sept. 9, and Tuesday, Sept. 10, in the auditorium.

Anyone interested in performing needs to sign up for an audition slot on the sheet hanging on the auditorium door. There is also a signup sheet for crew and tech.

“Peter and the Starcatcher” is a modern prequel to “Peter Pan,” but the story has many familiar faces you might not expect to see as main characters.

The story entails him and other characters going to a distant island that is ruled by an evil king. In the ship that they are sent on, they realize that there is a mysterious trunk in the captain’s cabin.

“Peter and the Starcatcher” will be performed in the WHS auditorium Nov. 15-17. This will be the first of two shows this school year, so stay tuned for more info on the spring musical.

If anyone has questions or needs more information, please come see Kacie Kirkpatrick in Room 246.
