Spooky Season is here! With everything happening in the world, I asked people what they were planning doing for Halloween. Although COVID-19 is still affecting everyday activities, Halloween can still be very fun while being safe and taking safety precautions.

I asked a few of my friends and family members about what they are planning on doing on Halloween.

Sarah, 14, from Massachusetts, will be going to a friend’s house and will be carving pumpkins. After that, they might bake cupcakes and watch movies.

Jonathan, an 11-year-old from New York, is going to chill and play Fortnite with friends.

Alaina, a 14-year-old from Illinois, is going to watch scary movies and hang out.

Hailey, a 14-year-old from Florida, is going to a spooky place called Cassadaga, where they go back to the time of witches and wizards.

“It’s very creepy, but I also love it,” Hailey said.

There are so many things that can be done for Halloween. I’m going to stay in and watch movies and maybe give candy to kids. Stay safe and have fun!
