Another successful Think Pink at WHS
October 19, 2018
On Thursday, Oct. 18, the halls of Watertown High School were filled with pink; pink balloons, streamers, banners, and arches could be seen around the building. Students and staff were also equipped in pink, from T-shirts to necklaces, for the fifth annual Think Pink event.
Think Pink is a day when WHS raises money by selling T-shirts and other pink accessories, and the profits are donated to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This year, it was done in honor of three-time cancer survivor Donna Maher. At the end of the day, dozens of students in pink gathered in the gym for a group photo.
