Senior Kourtney Kennedy scored with 8:49 to play as Watertown High School beat Oakmont, 4-3, to win its eighth straight field hockey state championship on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016, at WPI.
With the victory, the Raiders finished the season 23-0 and improved its unbeaten streak to 183 games and its winning streak to 123 games — both national records.
